• A tungsten sharpening tool has four angled holes on it for use. 22.5°, 20°, 15° and 10° (45°, 40°, 30°, 20°  reflect on tips).
• Tungsten sharpening tool also has tungsten cut-off port processing.
• Special hollow design makes the grinding wheel installation more convenient.
35mm Tool
• Widely applicable sizes. New design is available for 6 sizes of tungsten needles: 040″, 1/16″, 5/64″, 3/32″, 1/8″, 5/32″ (1mm, 1.6mm, 2mm, 2.4mm, 3.2mm, 4mm);
• Each size can grind 4 tip angles: 15°, 18°, 22.5°, 30° (30°, 36°, 45°, 60° Reflect on tips). Multi – Angle hole alignment, tungsten needle insertion Angle and grinding process more refined.
• Added a dust cover (Acrylic Material) to hollow design, hassle-free of cleaning the tungsten needle powder, and more friendly and safer to the operator.Wearing a mask or other protective gear is needn’t. The dust cover keeps you away from harmful tungsten dust. Health is very important.

The tool will grind 2 sizes tungsten (1.6mm and 2.4mm), 2 angles tips (15° and 20°).

4 types holes 1/16″ (1.6mm) 15°, 1/16″ (1.6mm) 20°, 3/32″ (2.4mm) 15°, 3/32″ (2.4mm) 20°. (15° is 30° when grinded on tips, 20° is 40°. )

Each type have 3 holes will grind different circle on diamond wheels, will reduce diamond wheels consumption by 2 times.

All holes designed to use the same height of diamond wheel. Needn’t to set the height again and again. Very easy to install.
•
All holes are stationary, so we can set an offset compensation for each size hole to make sure all tungsten’s tip center is on the grinding center point, this offset can ensure that the lines on the tip of the tungsten electrode are as straight as possible. If the hole position is variable, offset compensation cannot be set.
